Information we collect
When you submit a contact or updates-request form, we may collect your name, email address, organisation (if supplied), enquiry category and message. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary and agreed in advance.
How it is used
We use the information to respond to enquiries, explore appropriate partnerships and, where requested, contact you about foundation developments. We do not use the forms for payment processing.
Form hosting
If deployed on Netlify with form handling enabled, website submissions are processed and stored by Netlify. Website hosting infrastructure may handle technical data needed to serve pages and protect service availability. Refer to your hosting provider’s terms for details.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be accessed by authorised personnel handling the relevant enquiry or by service providers necessary for hosting and operations. We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described or required by law.
Your choices
You may request a correction, deletion or cessation of updates by emailing the foundation. We will review requests consistent with applicable obligations.
